Refund and Returns Policy

This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as Medovex Studio.

At Medovex Studio, client satisfaction is important to us. Because our services involve custom creative work, the following refund policy applies.

1. Before Work Begins

If you cancel your project before any design or illustration work has started, you may be eligible for a refund according to the payment terms agreed upon for your project.

2. After Work Has Started

Once concept development, research, sketching, or illustration work has begun, payments for completed work, time, and resources may not be refundable.

3. Revision Opportunity

If you are not satisfied with the initial work, we encourage you to use the revisions included in your selected package. We will make reasonable efforts to address feedback that falls within the agreed project scope.

4. Non-Refundable Work

The following may not be eligible for a refund:

• Completed or delivered illustration work
• Work already approved by the client
• Additional revisions or services already completed
• Custom work substantially completed according to the agreed scope
• Delays caused by a lack of client communication or required materials

5. Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has started, Medovex Studio may retain payment for work already completed. Any remaining refund, if applicable, will be reviewed based on the stage of the project.

6. Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact us with your project details and the reason for your request. Each request will be reviewed fairly based on the work completed and the original agreement.
